No es responsabilidad de la administración la perdida de pertenencias de valor en área de alberca. • La alberca no podrá reservarse ni usarse para fiestas. • Cada propietario, inquilino o visitante es responsable de bajar su basura debidamente embolsada y colocarla dentro de los botes y contenedores que se encuentran en el área de la esquina de su torre para que posteriormente sea recogido por el personal de limpieza. Es importante volver a dejar los contenedores bien tapados para evitar atraer a todo tipo de bichos y roedores. • Queda prohibido tender ropa o colgar objetos en los pretiles, ventanas, balcones, barandales, está prohibido colocar tendederos en terrazas.
